The R&D Headquarter is a manufacturing group that promotes projects across disciplines.
The "R&D Headquarter," which consists of our engineers, is the most extensive section at U-NEXT. In addition to developing U-NEXT's applications, we also develop and operate our distribution platform in-house. As a result, our engineers' scope of duties may cover much ground. However, we advance projects across disciplines with every step from front-end to the infrastructure inextricably linked for each objective and issue.
At U-NEXT, we place particular emphasis on development as a team, which is why we have the following requirements for hiring engineers:

- Sharing the values and willing to practice the principles of the "Three Pillars of Scrum" (= Transparency, Inspection, and Adaptation)
*To value personal dialogue over processes and tools, software that works over comprehensive documentation, customer collaboration over contract negotiation, and responsiveness to change over following a plan.
